1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the BloomScribe platform operated by BloomDigi Limited (Company No. 17064014), registered in England and Wales.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Services
BloomScribe provides website hosting, design, and management services specifically for florist businesses. Our services include website creation, hosting, domain management, online ordering integration, and ongoing technical support.
3. Account & Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Pricing & Payment
Our subscription is £29.99 per month with no setup fee. Your first month is free. You may cancel at any time without penalty. Payments are collected monthly via Stripe. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice.
5. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you provide (images, text, product data). We retain ownership of the BloomScribe platform, templates, and codebase. Upon cancellation, we will provide an export of your content upon request.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware or harmful code, to infringe on intellectual property rights, or to engage in any activity that disrupts the service for other users.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BloomDigi Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your website will be taken offline within 30 days unless you request a content export.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
